• Visit to the Lama Temple in Peking on the trails of Tibetan culture
• Visit to the White Cloud Temple, an old monastery which is today still the centre of Taoist culture in China 
• Evening meal in one of the most popular restaurants serving Peking duck
• Visit to a traditional Chinese opera

15th of July departure to Xian.

16th of July flight to Changdu in the province of Sichuan.

17th-19th of July journey to Emai Shan, the Taoist Mountains.

• Visit of several holy places and temples

22nd-25th of July journey by bus to Chongding, the largest city in the world with 20 million inhabitants

• Enjoy a three-day boat trip on the river Yangtze to Yichang
• Visit of cultural sites and temples

25th of July flight from Yichang/Wuhan to Shanghai. From the 25th to the 28th of July you can expect the following events:

• Sightseeing of the City of Shanghai
• Visit to the World Expo. For those interested in the future of technology, a visit to the World Expo is definitely a “must”.

29th of July flight home

Every morning Tao Master Julie Lim will give an hour of Tai Chi and Qi-Gong, thus supplying you with vitality and energy for the day.
At cultural sites and power spots, Dr. Lim will give detailed information on Feng Shui, the historical background and according energies, in the course of which you will, together with the group, be sensing and detecting the energies of these special places. At holy sites Jes Lim will give guided meditation in which you can “charge” from the sites special energy and power, so bringing this energy to flow into your life.
